The Scottish government reported a data flow issue with the figures released yesterday, and clarified that the test numbers released today include those that had been affected by the issue.

The total number of cases recorded in Scotland since the start of the pandemic is sitting at 227,012.

11 people were in intensive care yesterday with recently confirmed Covid-19, while 58 people were in hospital in total.

The death toll since the start of the pandemic remains at 7,660 as there have been no new deaths reported today.

As of 7.30am today, 2,860,635 people had received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccination and 1,400,296 had received their second dose.
