Coronavirus: 164 new cases of Covid-19 confirmed in Lothian in the last 24 hours
Figures announced by the First Minister today show that 164 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Lothian in the last 24 hours.
The Scottish Government statistics show that 800 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded across the country in the last 24 hours.

Hide AdOf the new cases reported today, 164 were in Lothian, 303 were in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area and 167 were in Lanarkshire.
The remaining 196 cases were spread across nine other health board areas.
The latest figures reveal that two new deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours in Scotland, putting the country’s death toll at 2,532.
262 people are being treated in hospital with the virus as of today, October 6. This is an increase of 44 people from the figure reported yesterday.
