Douglas Ross has asked who the Scottish Government has consulted with to the vaccine passport.

FM says she doesn’t have them to hand but will send them over.

She adds that Covid cases would still be rising if they had done what the Scottish Conservatives wanted.

FM: “There’s no perfection when dealing with an infectious virus.”

The vaccine passport scheme starts tomorrow morning.

Douglas Ross asks for the vaccine passport to be ‘candid and clear.’

FM: “we are facing the most difficult winter any one of us can imagine.”

Douglas Ross raises the vaccine passport and criticises the government for the roll out.

He has asked for it to be delayed which the First Minister has refused.

A judge refused the legal challenge against the vaccine passport today.

The FM is now reading the comments from the judge adding “none of us want to be in this position.”

FMQs begins: For those wanting to watch, it is streamed live on Scottish Parliament TV.
