Data released by the Scottish Government breaks down the number of positive covid-19 cases per 100,000 people, according to neighbourhood.
This data is from December 5 and December 11.
Clackmannanshire remains the worst hit area with 188.2 cases per 100,000 population, while at the bottom of the scale, and not included on this list, sits the Orkney Islands and the Shetland Islands which didn’t record a single new case between them.

1. Clackmannanshire

2. Argyll and Bute

3. Renfrewshire

4. Glasgow City
Over the last week in Glasgow City there were 150.4 positive cases of coronavirus per 100,000 people. In total, 952 positive cases were recorded in this area between November 27 and December 3. Photo: Contributed
