Lockdown restrictions in Scotland have become much stricter over the last week, in response to a rise in coronavirus infections

A ban on household mixing indoors is now in place, along with a 10pm curfew across the hospitality sector, including pubs, as part of fresh efforts to reduce the spread of the virus. The latest figures from Public Health Scotland (PHS) reveal that 806 people have tested positive for Scotland in the past 24 hours (as of 29 September), and there are 123 people in hospital confirmed to have the virus.
