Today's FMQs will be the first time the First Minister has faced MSPs in parliament since lockdown restrictions were eased in Scotland last week.

When are First Minister's Questions?

FMQs will begin at 12.20pm on Wednesday and can be watched on BBC Scotland or online on Parliament TV.

It is scheduled to last until 2pm.

What questions will be raised?

There are questions surrounding care home deaths in Scotland that are thought to be asked.

The National Records of Scotland show that 46% of all coronavirus deaths since the beginning of the pandemic have occurred in care homes.

Health secretary Jeane Freeman will be giving evidence before the Health Committee on Thursday at 9.30am about care home deaths.

This is also the first FMQs since lockdown restrictions were eased, and the weekend saw the police make over 700 dispersals, leading to the possibility of some of the guidelines being made into law, or full lockdown being reinstated.

What are the current government coronavirus numbers?

Scottish Government statistics, which only include those who have officially tested positive for coronavirus show that 2,375 people have died.

The National Records of Scotland, who include cases where coronavirus is mentioned on the death certificate, put Scottish deaths at over 3,500.
