The Scottish Government data shows a breakdown of the number of new cases in each area of the capital.
Craigmillar remains the worst hit area in Scotland, with the figure of positive cases more than doubling in the last two weeks.
The most recent data is from between June 19 and June 25, and shows that Craigmillar recorded 79 positive cases.
One week earlier, between June 12 and June 18 the area recorded just 36 positive cases.
