9. Castle Terrace
Edinburgh's Castle Terrace was opened 10 years ago by chefs Dominic Jack and Tom Kitchin. The award-winning restaurant, which most recently was named the AA Wine Award (Scotland) 2019–20. 10. Atrium
Opened in 1993 above the Traverse Theatre, the stylish Atrium was a champion of local producers and picked up a string of awards while remaining a firm favourite of residents and visitors alike over the course of 18 years.
