Castle Terrace bags wine award

Michelin-starred restaurant Castle Terrace has been recognised for its wine list at the AA Hospitality Awards, scooping the AA Wine Award for Scotland.

Food and beverage director Philippe Nublat accepted the award on behalf of the Tom Kitchin-owned restaurant at the glittering award ceremony held in London.

Chef Patron Dominic Jack said: “Winning the award is a great achievement and tremendous compliment to our entire team, particularly Sommelier Joel and Philippe Nublat for their continued dedication and passion for food and wine.
