It’s the most wonderful time of the year, as Scottish towns and cities adorn buildings with sparkling lights, and put up Christmas trees.
Here we take a look at some famous festive decorations through the years - from the stately Jenners tree to the mass of lights on Buchanan Street.

7. Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel
