Edinburgh's Le Di-Vin brings in 'Mr Jamon' to carve complimentary Iberico ham on Valentine's Day

Look no further than Edinburgh wine bar Le Di-Vin, which will be serving up complimentary Iberico ham and oysters in a one-off special event.

Head carver Raul, known as 'Mr Jamon,' will be there to professionally carve the Iberico ham alongside head oyster shucker Ferran Seguer (The Oysterman) who will be serving up fresh Loch Fyne oysters.

Customers should aim to turn up from 6:30pm on February 14th - and you won't need to book.

It will be the first time that Raul, who is from Sevilla, has served at the wine bar alongside The Oysterman.

You can enjoy the food along with some fine wine or Champagne at the Randolph Place wine bar.

Le Di-Vin is well known for serving more than 100 wines by the bottle and over 30 wines by the glass.

It recently featured in The Sunday Times top 25 wine bars in the UK.

Further dates for The Oysterman at Le Di-Vin wine bar are: 31st January, 28th February and 27th March, all from 6:30pm.
