Edinburgh Zoo: Panda and penguin mascots enjoy a read of Evening News as they entertain visitors

Two mascots as Edinburgh Zoo have been seen enjoying a read of the Edinburgh Evening News as visitors return to the city attraction.

Footage of two people dressed up as a panda and a penguin show the pair posing in a pen for the cameras before hugging and having a read of the newspaper together.

Edinburgh Zoo reopened to the public in March after months of being closed during lockdown.

After initially opening for weekends only, the attraction is now welcoming visitors back on week days as well.
