1. The Royal Dick
Summerhall is home to a brewery, a gin distillery, a Drinks Lab, an arts venue and an excellent little bar, which has its own beer garden in the courtyard. There you’ll find a large covered area with picnic benches - ideal for when the weather changes.

2. Rose St Garden
Heaters and brollies are available in this spacious beer garden, which is open now. Billed as a tropical indoor oasis with a Secret Garden, there’s also a street food menu.

3. Three Sisters
With one of the most well known courtyards in the city, The Three Sisters in the Cowgate is famous for its drinks deals, pub grub and great atmosphere, and is now open. Take shelter from the weather at one of their many covered tables.

4. 56 North
This popular spot has a large garden in which to enjoy a G&T. It’s relatively well covered, though the team have recently announced a BYOB - brig your own brolly.
