Bross StrEAT will see their street food container which was out and about at last year’s Fringe Festival make an appearance again as it opens up outside Leith Arches on Manderston Street.

Bross Bagels previously moved from their Leith Walk premises to inside Leith Arches but given the current climate which needs social distancing, owner Larah Bross had to think outside the box to bring her famous bagels to Edinburgh residents.

Last week on their Instagram, Bross Bagels teased a picture of their eyecatching street food container being lifted and making its journey to Leith.

From next Saturday 28 June, Bross StrEAT will be open every day with an outdoor seating space to ensure that the bagels can be enjoyed while socially distancing.

They will offer their favourite bagels, The Big Apple, GNC Turkey, Chicken Parm, Buffanono, The Goy and a brand new vegan breakfast option called the Morning Glory Hole.

They will also exclusively have two weekly chef’s specials, one which will always be either vegan or vegetarian. In addition to the new opening, Bross Bagels will also offer a brand new tomato and garlic wheat free bagel.

Owner Larah Bross said: “We couldn’t have opened the same way otherwise we would have caused a riot, thinking outside the box this was the smartest and safest way for customers and staff to fill their hole responsibly.

“Going into the new world, we’re really happy with new system we’ll keep adapting as much as we have to.”
