Where would you go for breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner/drinks in one day?

We asked our foodie friends to tell us which Scottish restaurants and bars they’d visit over a single day, if distance was no object (it’s a fantasy, after all) and lockdown was over.
It seems we are all champing at the bit.
