Attendees are also given the chance to learn some tips and tricks for cooking up a storm at homes as top chefs lead cooking demonstrations in the Stationhouse Cook School. Those looking to learn more about the local venison trade can go on a Red Deer Safari at Gledpark Red Deer Farm - a perfect match for those attending the Venison Masterclass at the Stationhouse Cook School run by Gledpark’s own Rupert Shaw.
With Covid-19 cases on the rise in Scotland, the Festival is taking precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of all present, asking that customers abide by social distancing rules and safety regulations. They ask that customers pre-order from stalls in the West Coast Marquee and support any pre-payment systems wherever possible. Those looking to nab a spot in one of the weekend’s mouth-watering cookery classes will need to reserve a spot online while spaces last.
