The doughnut chain announced last month that they have in place a number of new health, safety and social distancing measures which align with all the government guidance and '5 steps' approach to protect staff and delivery drivers which include 2m social distancing signing, protective screens, more pre-packed offerings and contactless payment.

On 12 May, Krispy Kreme reopened its Edinburgh store at Hermiston Gait for drive thru orders and click and collect orders, via the drive thru window.
