The ‘Vegan Pepperphoni Pizza’
Pizza Hut’s new ‘Vegan Pepperphoni Pizza’ is available in stores throughout this month, having launched at the start of 2020 (1 Jan).
It is currently only available as a limited-edition menu item during January - although if it proves popular with customers, it could join the vegan menu permanently.

The Pepperphoni pizza can also be ordered as a vegetarian option with mozzarella cheese.
This new vegan product is the seventh pizza to join the vegan menu, which also includes a variety of sides and desserts.
All of the vegan pizzas are available on Pan, All American Thin and Gluten-Free bases, and the Pepperphoni pizza is also available on kids’ pizzas as an additional topping.
How much does it cost?
The Vegan Pepperphoni Pizza is priced from £11.69.

Ciara Grace, Senior Menu Innovation Manager at Pizza Hut Restaurants, said: “Following the success of our vegan Jack ‘N’ Ch**se Pizza last Veganuary, we wanted to create something new for 2020 to excite both vegan and non-vegan customers.
“We strive to offer our guests as much choice as possible and love coming up with new, delicious recipes for them to try. Pea protein is a first for Pizza Hut Restaurants and we’re excited for guests to give it a go.”
A stellar vegan offering
Vegan fans were treated to several new food items from popular chains last year, most notable of which was the launch of Greggs’ ever-so popular vegan sausage roll.

After months of speculation and wishful thinking, the bakery chain launched the vegan steak bake in stores across the UK today (2 Jan).
Fellow fast food chains KFC and Subway have also jumped on the vegan bandwagon, adding a new burger and meatball marinara sandwich to their menus.
