Scottish restaurants show us their lockdown makeovers in advance of reopening
They’re looking smart as we approach April 26

Some Scottish restaurants have used lockdown to spruce up their dining rooms, or go for an entirely new look.
They will re-emerge like beautiful butterflies (unlike us, as we’ve put on two stone and can’t get out of our chrysalis).

David Barnett, the chef patron of Blasta, has pretty much done all the work himself, when it comes to his new restaurant. Its opening date is yet to be confirmed, but it will be roughly when they're allowed to serve alcohol (and when he can find someone to take the reins at his 11 Perth Road takeaway).
