Six by Nico cook at home masterclasses are now available

The new masterclasses can be booked online now, with collection and delivery available in Edinburgh.

The Six by Nico masterclasses, which are available to order online from 14 January, allow budding chefs to create restaurant quality dishes with a little help with tutorial videos from Nico.

Each masterclass box contains all the ingredients necessary to make two brand new recipes, both of which are portioned for two and come complete with half a bottle of wine for each recipe.

As well as easy-to-follow cooking instructions, the video with chef Nico Simeone shows how to prep, plate, and pair recipes in order to create the Six by Nico experience at home.

With three restaurant-inspired dishes every week to choose from, recipes are designed for cooking something a bit special at home.

Chef Nico Simeone said: “Unfortunately, because of the ever-changing constraints that we are unable to open our restaurants, my team and I have adapted and curated a new culinary venture, Six by Nico Masterclasses.

“It’s our most immersive project to date, starting from today in five cities in the UK.

“A very exciting time for our team and a fresh fun experience for our Six by Nico community to learn and build the best possible recipe book imaginable from home.”

Masterclasses are available now in Glasgow and Edinburgh and from Friday 16 January 2021 in Manchester, Liverpool and Belfast.

Prices start from £60 for four portions and new recipes will be added each week.

Masterclass boxes can be delivered within a strict 5-mile radius of Six by Nico restaurants in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast, Manchester and Liverpool or a takeaway/pick up service from the restaurant locations.

Last year, in response to the lockdown, the team at Six by Nico launched Home by Nico – cook at home kits that proved to be a sell out success.
