Rosemary Cole moved into one of the Lowther properties with her 19-year-old daugher Megan.
The 54-year-old Clinical Support Worker says it has quickly felt like home. She said: “I moved here from a flat so it’s great having a garden and my own front door.
The area is lovely, it’s quiet and not far from Livingston. I also have the added bonus of my older daughter and granddaughter living across the road, so I feel very settled.”

Managing Director of Lowther, James Ward, said: “Work has been taking place on the Raw Holdings site since July 2022, so it’s great to see the final tenants moving into the properties.
“It’s a great location with customers enjoying the peace of the countryside, while having all the amenities of Livingston right on their doorsteps.”
Wheatley Group, which owns and manages over 93,700 homes, was recently named as the UK’s biggest builder of social housing over the past decade.
