Created as part of Places for People the showroom has been styled by interior designer Kiran Bhatia who have incorporated period features throughout the show home including tapestry inspired wallpaper and wood panelling.
There is also a strong link to the local area with various accessories, artwork and dried foliage wreaths all coming from local businesses.
There are a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale, all featuring timber sash windows, a range of stylish kitchens, floor and bathroom tiles to choose from, and feature chimneys with log burning stoves in the larger four-bedroom family homes.
The development also includes a range of affordable homes for rent exclusively designed for people over 60.
