First look at the East Lothian Places for People development in Longniddry Village

ZeroC has opened the doors to its new show home, inviting visitors to explore the four-bedroom property.

Created as part of Places for People the showroom has been styled by interior designer Kiran Bhatia who have incorporated period features throughout the show home including tapestry inspired wallpaper and wood panelling.

There is also a strong link to the local area with various accessories, artwork and dried foliage wreaths all coming from local businesses.

There are a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale, all featuring timber sash windows, a range of stylish kitchens, floor and bathroom tiles to choose from, and feature chimneys with log burning stoves in the larger four-bedroom family homes.

The development also includes a range of affordable homes for rent exclusively designed for people over 60.

Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Places for People in Scotland Allison Sutherland said: “It’s been an exciting time for Places for People to deliver our first ZeroC development in East Lothian, which delivers a fresh approach to building homes in the area.

“The development and house types have been designed to complement the local area with attractive layouts and flexible living in mind, suitable for a range of customers.

“Our modern country homes combine desired period features with the very latest modern conveniences, all finished to a high-quality and creating a unique classic feel.

“The show home really does highlight the quality of homes that ZeroC offers and we have been overwhelmed with the level of interest in Longniddry Village. Our customers have already given us excellent feedback on both our show home and the development.”
