Those of us from outwith the East Coast are largely oblivious to this fine delicacy, but I can see why it's so popular in the Capital.

People from the Capital don't traditionally talk up how welcoming they are to newcomers as much as Glaswegians, but I must say I've found the locals a very friendly bunch. | Pixabay
