The steaks are all sourced from Scottish farms and are dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days to ensure a rich flavour. If the usual steaks don’t take your fancy, they also have a “guest breeds” menu which changes frequently so you can try out the likes of Belted Galloway, Highland and Dexter steaks. Don’t forget to add a side order of beef dripping chips.
