Urban Outfitters Edinburgh will be hosting an exclusive pop-up by top brand Isolated Heroes this bank holiday weekend, featuring the first range of clothes available in plus sizes to hit their shelves.

The popular e-commerce brand is offering one-to-one styling sessions aiming to build body positivity, empowering shoppers of all sizes.

Recently named the exclusive fashion collaborator for V&A Dundee’s new exhibition, Isolated Heroes will showcase their new collection, ‘Outlaw’ including dresses, bomber jackets, sweaters, face masks and more. Clothes are available in sixes UK6 up to UK24.

Inspired by female friendship, tenacity and girl power, Outlaw tells the story of Aisling and Kitty, a modern-day Thelma and Louise who are on the run after a night out that turns into a tragedy.

Founded in Dundee in 2012 by designer Samantha Paton, the brand encourages customers to repair and upcycle their garments.

The team are creating zero waste face masks and accessories, manufactured in their Dundee studio. They made over 1400 masks in the Summer of 2020 and donated £5 from each sale to charities at the heart of the brand, these include Refuge and the Black Scottish Business Fund.

Speaking of the pop-up, founder and designer Samantha Paton said: “We are proud to be a sustainable, independent business with a loyal creative community of customers and I’m so proud that Urban Outfitters have exclusively chosen Isolated Heroes for this unique retail opportunity. We will be armed with our new collection and cannot wait to meet with some of our amazing customers who have supported us through the years plus meet new Isolated Heroes fans too. Shoppers will have the opportunity to book personal styling sessions with the team, leaving them feeling confident in their own skin.”

Styling sessions available on Saturday 29th can be booked via the website and through Instagram direct message. VIP gift bags will be given to shoppers who spend over £100 on Isolated Heroes items.
