The newly-christened St James Quarter has a nice ring to it – and it seems the £1 billion development really will be a shopper's paradise.
Due to open its doors in Easter 2021, the 1.7 million square ft development will replace the former St James Centre, which closed its doors for the last time in 2016.
As well as over 80 shops, the St James Quarter will have the 244-bedroom W hotel with its distinctive “ribbon” exterior and a 75-room Roomzzz Aparthotel, where guests can stay for anything from a night to a year.
And while its much-maligned predecessor was decidedly lacking in big-name brands, the new St James Quarter boasts a line-up that reads like a veritable who's who of famous names.
Below is the full list of shops and restaurants you’ll be able to find at the St James Quarter.
