St James Quarter in Edinburgh: All the shops and restaurants confirmed for the new retail hub

The redevelopment is set to open its doors to the public this year

The £1 billion centre will host 85 shops, 30 restaurants, two hotels and a cinema. This is the full list of brands that have been announced that you’ll be able to find at the brand new St James Quarter in Edinburgh.

Bross Bagels will be one of the first to open within the flagship development, launching the Bross Deli which will feature an open kitchen, old school style deli booths and floor to ceiling windows throughout. Bagel fans will be able to get their hands on breakfast, brunch, lunch and late night meals and drinks at the Bross Deli, which will be open from 8am to 10pm.
Salerno Pizza offers authentic Napolitana pizza and will be found on the fourth level of the development taking up 3,550 square feet as part of St James Quarter’s ‘premium dining terrace’

Dune London is a luxury footwear brand which has over 20 years of experience in the field. As well as footwear, Dune London also sells accessories like bags.
The Bank of Scotland branch in the new St James Quarter will allow people to fulfil their banking needs
Calvin Klein is an American fashion brand which was established in 1968. The brand focuses on lifestyle accessories like clothing, home furnishings, perfume, jewellery, watches and more.
Tommy Hilfiger is a premium clothing brand which focuses on clothing, footwear, accessories, fragrances and home furnishings.
Lane 7, the UK's largest independent bowling and gaming operator, offers 'grown up gaming' with ping-pong, urban golf, 80s style arcade games and karaoke, as well as cocktails and beer pong. It will occupy 19,000 sq ft on Level 4 of the shopping centre.
Scottish restaurant brand Mac & Wild will present "Bonnie and Wild", a new concept food hall. The owners have earmarked 16,600 sq ft in the St James Quarter on the fourth floor, and will consist of restaurant operators alongside fresh and package food and drink from a variety of artisan butchers, fishmongers, grocers, cheesemongers, chocolatiers, bakeries and three unique bar concepts.
SushiSamba offers a unique blend of Japanese, Brazillian and Peruvian cuisine, with locations all around the world, such as in Amsterdam, Miami, Las Vegas, London and Dubai.
Swedish clothing brand H&M, which stands for Hennes & Mauritz, was revealed exclusively by the Edinburgh Evening News to be a new tenant of the refurbished centre
Pull&Bear is a Spanish clothing and accessory retailer and offers a range of clothing, mainly focused on urban styles. In September 2016, Brooklyn Beckham became the face of the brand
The Perfume Shop was founded in 1992 and sells the widest range of women's perfumes and men's aftershaves, including brands like Hugo Boss, Paco Rabanne, Gucci, Ariana Grande, Marc Jacobs and more
Sunglass Hut strives to be the premier shop for the top brands of sunglasses, such as Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Emporio Armani, Prada, Ray-Ban, Versace, Michael Kors and more
Still on the second floor is Hotel Chocolat, next to Pandora. Hotel Chocolat prides itself on making award winning, luxury chocolate. The first Hotel Chocolat shop opened its doors in 2004, in North London
Goldsmiths is a luxury jewellery retailer which was established in 1778. Goldsmiths operates the largest distribution network for Rolex, Omega, TAG Heuer and many other watch brands
@pizza offers you the chance to take control of your pizza - choose from over 64,000 different combinations and have pizza exactly the way you want. They even have dessert pizza too
Five Guys is a American fast food restaurant known for its hamburgers, hot dogs, fries and milkshakes
International jewellery manufacturers Pandora will also be located on the second floor of the building, selling all kinds of jewellery like bracelets, charms for bracelets, rings, necklaces and earrings
Miele is a German manufacturer of home appliances, selling items that you need for your home, such as vacuum cleaners, ovens, microwaves, washing machines and everything else
Clothing store Next specialises in clothing, footwear and home products. It boasts 500 stores in the UK and another 200 across Europe, Asia and the Middle East
Russell & Bromley is a British footwear and handbag retailer which was founded in 1873. The company is still run and owned by the Bromley family
Breitling and Omega are both watch brands that are co-branded for their store in the St James Centre. It will be situated next to Goldsmiths on level two of the building
JD Sports is a sports fashion retailer. The JD in the name stands for the initials for the founders of the company, John and David
Mango is a clothing retailer which offers womenswear, menswear, clothing for younger children and plus sized collections as well
W Hotel is a luxury hotel chain owned by Marriott. It's offers luxury features like swimming pools, spas, cocktails and more
O2 is one of the biggest network and phone providers in the UK and in October, it will be taking up residence in the St James Centre for all your mobile phone needs
Boots is a one stop shop for all your health, beauty and pharmaceutical needs
Here to rival Boots is Superdrug, the budget beauty and pharmacy retailer
Stradivarius is an international clothing brand from Spain which focuses on womenswear
While John Lewis never closed throughout the renovation of the St James Centre, it will enjoy an expanded shop
The Alchemist is a creative cocktail bar and restaurant which serves up breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, as well as a huge selection of amazing cocktails thanks to their mixologist bartenders
Another luxury service, Roomzzz Aparthotels combines the style of a classy hotel with the convenience of a services apartment
& Other Stories is a clothing retailer which stocks collections from three design ateliers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles. Founded in 2010, & Other Stories stocks clothing, shoes, bags, accessories and more.

Good news for coffee fans as it was recently announced that coffee specialist Black Sheep Coffee will be joining the St James Quarter. Co-founders Gabriel Shohet and Eirik Holth said: "Our first shop in Scotland is long overdue and will be the first of many this year in Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews. We have tons of customers up north who regularly order our beans online and who kept asking us to open closer to hope, so it was just a matter of time until we found the right spot at St James Quarter."
