The £1 billion centre will host 85 shops, 30 restaurants, two hotels and a cinema. This is the full list of brands that have been announced that you’ll be able to find at the brand new St James Quarter in Edinburgh.

Bross Bagels will be one of the first to open within the flagship development, launching the Bross Deli which will feature an open kitchen, old school style deli booths and floor to ceiling windows throughout. The owners have earmarked 16,600 sq ft in the St James Quarter on the fourth floor, and will consist of restaurant operators alongside fresh and package food and drink from a variety of artisan butchers, fishmongers, grocers, cheesemongers, chocolatiers, bakeries and three unique bar concepts.
