

St James Quarter in Edinburgh: All the shops and restaurants confirmed for the new retail hub
The £1 billion centre will host 85 shops, 30 restaurants, two hotels and a cinema. This is the full list of brands that have been announced that you’ll be able to find at the brand new St James Quarter in Edinburgh.

1. Bross Bagels
Bross Bagels will be one of the first to open within the flagship development, launching the Bross Deli which will feature an open kitchen, old school style deli booths and floor to ceiling windows throughout. 2. Salerno Pizza

3. Peloton
