Covid Scotland: These are the 17 flights to Edinburgh in the next week affected by Portugal being put on UK amber list

Here are the flights arriving in Edinburgh from Portugal in the next week which will be affected as a result of the holiday hotspot being moved to the amber list in the UK.

the rule changes have caused problems for many holiday-makers.

Portugal has been taken off Scotland's green travel list.

The popular holiday destination will now be part of the amber list from Tuesday (June 8) at 4am.

This means that those arriving from Portugal into Edinburgh an d airports across the rest of the UK will have to quarantine for 10 days when they return.

The rules will also apply to Madeira and the Azor es.

From Edinburgh Airport, there are four Portugal destinations you can fly to and from– Faro, the Capital Lisbon, Madeira and Lisbon.

Here is a list of the flights arriving from Portugal to Edinburgh in the first week of the travel ban being implemented where passengers will have to quarantine for ten days.

Tuesday, June 8:

- Lisbon to Edinburgh. Ryanair. Departs at 11.20am and arrives at 2.25pm.

- Faro to Edinburgh. Ryanair. Departs at 5.10pm and arrives at 8.25pm.

- Porto to Edinburgh. Ryanair. Departs at 8.50pm and arrives at 11.25pm.

On Wednesday, June 9:

- Faro to Edinburgh. Ryanair. Departs at 9.35am and arrives at 12.50pm.

On Thursday, June 10:

- Faro to Edinburgh. Ryanair. Departs at 9.35am and arrives at 12.50pm.

- Lisbon to Edinburgh. easyJet. Departs at 10am and arrives at 1.10pm.

- Lisbon to Edinburgh. Ryanair. Departs at 7.25pm and arrives at 10.30pm.

- Porto to Edinburgh. Ryanair. Departs at 2.05pm and arrives at 4.40pm.

On Friday, June 11:

- Faro to Edinburgh. Ryanair. Departs at 9.35am and arrives at 12:50pm.

On Saturday, June 12:
