Mitchell’s solicitors are putting together a case which will allege convicted rapist Robert Greens was responsible it has been reported.
Mitchell was jailed in 2005 for the schoolgirl murder which made headlines across the UK.

Hide AdIt is understood the dossier will be put in front of the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission, citing the fact Greens was in the area at the time and the “modus operandi” was similar to his offence.

Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office said the 48-year-old star was found in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton with “no visible signs of trauma” on her body.
Officials said they suspected no foul play, but would not confirm reports that prescription drug bottles were found in the star’s fourth-floor room or comment on any evidence investigators recovered.
Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said a post mortem had been completed but that specific details would not be released following a request from detectives investigating the death.
