‘Abusive’ man served Asbo

A MAN has been given an antisocial behaviour order after being accused of threatening behaviour towards council staff at their offices.

Darren Quinn, 21, of John Crescent, Tranent, was served with the Asbo after an application by East Lothian Council.Complaints about his behaviour date back to February 2009.

Haddington Sheriff Court heard that there were numerous documented incidents of Quinn using “abusive and threatening language and behaviour” towards staff in person and over the phone.
