Arrest over ASBO breach

A 24-YEAR-old man from North Berwick has been arrested and charged for breaching the terms of his antisocial behaviour order.

The incident happened on Sunday evening, February 26, when the man allegedly committed a breach of the peace in the High Street, and thereafter in a licensed premises from which he is barred.

In a statement, Lothian and Borders Police said the man was due to appear at Haddington Sheriff Court on March 14.
