Ashrita bursts water balloon world record

ASHRITA Furman, the man famous for breaking the most records in the Guinness Book, has achieved another world record – the number of hits of a person by a water balloon in one minute.

The 57-year-old from New York had to smash more than 15 water balloons in 60 seconds.

He took part in the challenge at Gladstone Court yesterday, dressed in shorts and T-shirt, and managed to smash 20 of the balloons after they were thrown at him.
