Balerno celebrates 10th Anniversay of music festival
Highlights of the Festival includes an evening with The Edinburgh Reel and Strathspey Society on 30 September, which includes marches, Strathspeys and reels under the baton of Yla Stevens.
On 30 September at Balerno Bowling Club Bar, join Mr Smooth Ralph Peterson for an exciting new show in two halves - a tribute to Lionel Ritchie followed by an upbeat tribute to the stars of Motown.

Hide AdThe first half has hits such as Dancing on the Ceiling, All Night Long, and Three times a Lady, while the second half boasts many of the Motown magic of the 70s.
On 6 October, The Borders Big Band makes a welcome return to Balerno for the third year running, with a repertoire largely drawn from the high years of the swing era.
13 October sees Sirocco Winds take to the stage, a dynamic and professional ensemble of wind players makes its debut at the festival, playing a versatile and varied repertoire of chamber music.
On 14 October it’s the turn of The Scarlett Quartet to appear at the Festival’s Gala Concert, performing a variety of choral music including favourites from opera, musicals and traditional Scottish songs.
