Big buy by Core

A RECRUITMENT firm has bought its Edinburgh office.

Core Asset Consulting has acquired the freehold in its townhouse office in Melville Street. The address provides 4747 square feet of space and the firm occupies two of the upper floors.

Ben Reed, a director at Jones Lang LaSalle, which acted for Core, said: “Given the office’s excellent location in the heart of the West End, Core Asset Consulting jumped at the chance to stay put whilst securing more room for expansion in the future.”
