The musician will take to the stage at The Liquid Room on November 22, kicking off a newly announced string of UK dates.

Coxon, who is also one half of the duo The Waeve, added the extra shows after a planned one-off gig at London's O2 Forum Kentish Town on November 28 sold out.

Following the Capital performance, the Blur musician’s tour will make stops in Manchester, Bristol and Brighton.

Tickets for the newly announced dates will go on general sale at 10am on Thursday, June 4, with a pre-sale available from the same time on Wednesday.

The tour announcement coincides with news that Coxon is set to release a previously unheard 2011 album, Castle Park, on Friday, June 19.

Produced by Ben Hillier, who previously worked on Blur’s Think Tank, the record was originally intended to be Coxon's eighth solo album but was shelved following Blur's initial reunion.

The release will launch a comprehensive reissue campaign of Coxon's entire solo discography, which will eventually span nine studio albums and three original soundtracks. The reissues will also begin on June 19, starting with his 1998 debut The Sky Is Too High and its 2000 follow-up The Golden D.
