Campus chosen to host BUCS awards night

Heriot-Watt has been chosen to host the British Universities & Colleges Sports (BUCS) conference and awards dinner 2013.

The event, which is one of the most important for professionals who work in higher education sport in the UK, attracts up to 400 delegates and will take place between 9–12 July.

Principal Steve Chapman said: “We are delighted to bring this event to our beautiful campus and we are certain that will also provide a first-class venue for next year’s dinner.”
