Chiefs talk on terrorism
SENIOR figures from the world of counter-terrorism and business security have given talks at a conference as part of Edinburgh Community Resilience Week.
The counter-terrorism security conference included addresses by Chief Superintendent David Stewart, who was in charge of the initial response to the Glasgow Airport terror attack in June 2007.
Other speakers included Assistant Chief Constable Iain Livingstone of Lothian and Borders Police, Colin Hale from the Police Service of Northern Ireland, and Rene Troost, security services chief for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
