City centre office for firm behind Fountainbridge site

The property firm behind the regeneration of part of the former site of the Fountain Brewery is moving to a new office in the city centre.

Grosvenor Developments, which is working on the £200 million transformation of the Springside site in Fountainbridge, is to move to a newly-refurbished office on Castle Street.

The company is relocating to the office at 33 Castle Street, which is owned by a client of fund managers CBRE Investors, from its existing base on Alva Street.
