Buckstone Terrace incident: Teenage girl struck by car on Edinburgh road

A teenage female pedestrian has been struck by a car on an Edinburgh road.

The incident happened at around 5pm on Buckstone Terrace on Monday.

Police Scotland confirmed that police and an ambulance are currently at the scene.

There are no details of injuries at this time.

A police spokeswoman said: "We were made aware of an incident involving a teenage female pedestrian struck by a car on Buckstone Terrace in Edinburgh around 5pm on Monday, 21 June.

"Police and ambulance are currently at the scene."

The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
