Callous thieves steal three spare wheels used on West Lothian Foodbank vehicles

Police in West Lothian are appealing for information after callous thieves stole three spare wheels used on local foodbank vehicles.

On Sunday night around 11.30pm, a male climbed over the boundary fence at Heron Square in Livingston to take the wheels, which were then put into the back seat of a small, silver car.

The silver car appears to have been driven by an accomplice.

The tyres are branded GoodYear Efficient Grip Cargo 215/60R17 and have cost the charity hundreds of pounds.

Their loss has caused significant disruption to the foodbank’s services.

Anyone with any information is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 1066 of July 27.
