Concerns growing for 28-year-old man reported missing from Midlothian town

A 28-year-old man has been reported missing from his home in Midlothian.

Blair Watson was last seen in the Beechwood Park area of Newtongrange on the morning of Sunday, 24 January.

Concerns are growing for his welfare and officers are asking anyone who knows about his whereabouts to come forward.

A police spokesman said: “We are appealing for the public’s help as part of our efforts to trace Blair Watson who has been reported missing from Newtongrange on Sunday, 24 January, 2021.

"There are growing concerns for the 28-year-old, who was last seen in the Beechwood Park area this morning.

"Blair is described as a white, approximately 5ft 10in, average build, dark short hair and has facial and neck tattoos.

"Anyone who may have seen Blair, or who has any information on his whereabouts, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 1977 of 24th of January 2021.”
