Skye has been missing since Sunday

Writing on Facebook, Kelly Colquhoun said: “We have been given a description of a man who took her from Sainsbury’s.

“We believe she could be in the Calder/Westerhailes area. If anyone knows anything or sees her please come forward and let us know.

“We are offering £250 reward for her safe return. No questions asked just let her go. She needs her medication for her back she will be in a lot of pain and distress.”

Worried neighbours told how Skye went missing in 20 minutes while her owner, who lives on Ford’s Road, Stenhouse, was grocery shopping on Sunday.

Margaret Dobrila-Roth posted: “When he came back Skye was gone. He reported it to the police as well as she is not the type to wander away.

“If anybody knows anything about her whereabouts would be very grateful if could share it with us.”
