A motorist has been arrested in West Lothian for allegedly travelling at nearly 20mph above the legal speed limit while under the influence of drugs.
The Road Policing Scotland twitter page said on Saturday afternoon that officers in Livingston clocked a driver travelling at 69mph on a 50mph stretch of the A899 road which runs through the town.
