Edinburgh police ‘increasingly concerned’ for missing woman, 33, last pictured inside city shop

Police are growing increasingly concerned for a 33-year-old woman missing from the south of Edinburgh.

Danielle Conaghan was last seen at 9.30am on Monday in the Moredun area.

But CCTV has also traced her within a shop in Moredun Park Road at around 11am the same morning.

She is described as female white, 4ft 11ins in height, with short bobbed blonde hair.

Inspector Greig Paterson, of Howdenhall Response Policing, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned about Danielle’s whereabouts and are asking for the public’s assistance to help trace her safe and well.

“I would ask if anyone has any information that could assist with our search that they get in contact with the police.

“If you have noticed anyone matching this description, please come forward and speak to officers.
