Livingston: Ferrari driver risks losing car as it's hit with an ASBO in West Lothian

A driver in West Lothian has been slammed with an ASBO and risks losing expensive car after being stopped by the police.

The driver and the car, a Ferrari spider was stopped in Livingston by Police on Thursday, who issued the ASBO for the manner of driving.

If a further instance should occur, then the police have warned that the vehicle could be seized.

In a post on social media, Police Scotland published a pictures of the car and wrote: “LivingstonRP stopped this Ferrari in Livingston.

“The driver was issued with an Anti-Social Behaviour Order for the manner of their driving.

“The order lasts for 12 months & applies to the vehicle and the driver.

“Should a further instance occur then the vehicle being used is seized.”

The red Ferrari is worth around £200,000.
