Man charged over '˜aggressive' dog walker incidents
A man has been charged after an inquiry to trace an aggressive male who had allegedly been intimidating members of the public in the Loanhead area.
Police say a report will go to the procurator fiscal after the 43-year-old was charged.
It comes after a 48-year-old woman reported a man making a threatening gesture to her as was driving to work from her home in Park View, Loanhead. Then on Monday this week a 44-year-old man was on the cycle path in Loanhead when he passed a male dog walker. he said the man became aggressive and threatened him before walking off.
