Police in East Lothian are appealing for witnesses after a car crash in Musselburgh on Linkfield Road, where a woman driving her car stopped at the temporary traffic lights by the racecourse when another car ran into the back of her causing minor damage.

The car then turned around and drove away without exchanging detail.

The vehicle the police are trying to trace is described as being black, having an 07 licence plate and being driven by a single male occupant.

The incident occurred on Thursday, April 23 between 2.30pm and 3pm and anyone who has any information is asked to contact the police on 101 quoting incident number 2055 of April 23, 2020.
