Police find cannabis after stopping West Lothian driver for using phone

A driver has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal after police who stopped them for using their phone found cannabis.

The driver was stopped around Blackburn on Tuesday afternoon after police officers spotted them using their phone while driving.

When officers approached the car they also discovered the driver in possession of cannabis.

An amount of cannabis, a grinder and a tin of rolling papers were confiscated.

The driver was reported to the Procurator Fiscal for both offences.
